PT2023S8 SOP-8 Touch Sensor IC

The PT2023S8 is a touch sensor integrated circuit (IC) from PinTeng, designed to detect touch inputs in electronic devices. Encased in an SOP-8 package, it offers a compact solution for integrating touch functionality into various applications. Features:

When powered on for the first time, the light is in the off state, and the L O pin outputs a low level.

• In the off state, a short press touch (touch duration less than 550ms) activates the light function. A second touch on the button switches the mode (LED1 on, LED2 off, LED1 off, LED2 on, LED1 on, LED2 on, LED1 off, LED2 off), and this continues in a loop.
• A long press touch (touch duration greater than 550ms) allows for stepless brightness adjustment of the light in the current mode. A single long press increases the light brightness gradually, and when released, the brightness stops at the level corresponding to the release moment. If the long press duration exceeds 3 seconds, the light brightness reaches maximum brightness and no longer changes; another long press decreases the light brightness gradually, and when released, the brightness stops at the level corresponding to the release moment. If the long press duration exceeds 3 seconds, the light brightness reaches minimum brightness and no longer changes. The adjustment range of the light is 5% to 100%, and this continues in a loop.
• Short press touch and long press touch can be used freely at any time, and their functions do not interfere with or restrict each other.
• With brightness and colour temperature memory function, under the condition of continuous power supply, the colour temperature and brightness when a short press touch turns off the light will be remembered. The next time the light is turned on by touch, it will stop at the remembered brightness.
• LO outputs a low level in the off state and a high level in the on state, which can be used as a working indicator.
