Critical Operation Rules

  1. AC Power Requirement: This board relies on AC sine waves for its timing logic. You must power the board controller with a small 9V or 12V AC output transformer. Connecting a standard DC wall adapter will light up the screen but will prevent the welding pulse from firing.

  2. Welding Limits: The 40A version is highly optimized for nickel-plated steel strips up to 0.15mm. If your project demands pure thick copper or 0.2mm+ pure nickel sheets, we highly recommend upgrading to our NY-D01 100A variant.
