TP4333 1A Synchronous Mobile Power Solution IC

TheTP4333 from TPOWER is an integrated power management IC designed for mobile power applications. It combines charge management, synchronous boost (discharge) control, status indication, and multiple safety features in a single SOP-8 package. Its ideal for power banks and other systems that require efficient 5V output, battery charging, and protection in a single chip.

• Discharge (boost) output: 5V / 1A
• Charge current fixed at 0.8A
• Boost (output) efficiency up to 93%
• BAT discharge termination voltage: 2.85V
• Optional full charge voltage: 4.2V or 4.35V
• Temperature feedback control (e.g. over-temperature protection, reduces current when chip’s internal temp ~120 C)
• Trickle charge mode when battery voltage is low (before ~2.9V)
• Load detection and auto low-power standby when no load present after delay (~18s)
• LED indication: charging, discharging, low battery alarms etc.
• Flashlight output support (LED drive) via a switch pin; max ~50 mA drive current
