STI9287 SOT23-6 SMD IC

The STI9287 is a high-efficiency step-up (boost) converter designed to drive up to seven series-connected white LEDs from a single-cell Lithium-Ion battery. Housed in a compact SOT-23-6 package, it is ideal for applications requiring efficient LED backlighting solutions.

Pin Configuration (SOT-23-6):

1. LX/SW: Switch node connection to the inductor.
2. GND: Ground pin.
3. FB: Feedback input for output voltage regulation.
4. EN: Enable pin; drive above 1.5V to turn on the device, and below 0.4V to turn it off.
5. OVP: Over-voltage protection input; connect to the output at the top of the LED string.
6. IN: Power supply input; should be decoupled to GND with a suitable ceramic capacitor.
