RHR30120 1200V, 30A Hyper Fast Soft Recovery Diode

A hyper-fast diode with gentle recovery properties is the RHRP30120. It is an epitaxial planar silicon nitride passivated device with a half recovery time of ultrafast diodes. These components are designed to be used in various switching power supplies and other power-switching Applications, such as freewheeling/clamping diodes and diodes. Low stored charge and hyper-fast soft recovery limit ringing and electrical noise in many power switching circuits, lowering power loss in the switching transistors.

Its maximum operating voltage is 1200V, and the forward current is 30A. It has two terminal anode and a cathode. It has a cathode flange for heat dissipation. It is working here as a heat sink.
