MQ-9 Gas Sensor Module

This MQ-9 gas sensor is very sensitive to carbon monoxide, methane and LPG. The sensitive material of the MQ-9 gas sensor is SnO2, which has a lower conductivity in clean air. It detects high and low temperature alternations and detects CO at low temperature (heated to 1.5V). The conductivity of the sensor increases as the gas concentration increases. As the temperature rises (heated to 5.0 V), it detects methane, propane, combustible gas, etc. and cleans other gases by adsorption at low temperature. MQ-9 is often used in household gas detector, industrial gas detector, portable gas detector, etc.
