HEF4093BT NEXPERIA Quad 2-Input NAND Gate SO14

HEF4093BT NEXPERIA is a quad 2-input NAND gate with Schmitt trigger input. It is a surface mount(SMD) active component with plastic small outline package; 14 leads; body width 3.9mm SO14. Clamp diodes are used as inputs. This allows for the use of current-limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages greater than VDD. Schmitt trigger inputs convert jitter-free, slowly changing input signals into sharply defined output signals.
