DSEK60-06A is a Common Cathode fast recovery diode this diode is mainly designed to use in switching circuit Applications, it’s used as a rectifier in SMPS, It’s used in UPS, and it has three terminals by using this diode as an electronic switch there will be extremely low switching losses that is why it prefers to use an ultrasonic cleaner and welder devices. It has a very short recovery time this feature increases the switching speed.
