To prevent frying the internal display controller card during installation, please review these setup laws:
Verify Orientation: Lithium cells must be connected strictly in Parallel ($B+$ to positive terminals, $B-$ to negative terminals). If you connect even one battery backward, or wire them in series (producing 7.4V+), the motherboard will instantly burn out.
Use Balanced Cells: Ensure all 18650 cells you place inside are at a similar voltage level before sealing the case.
One-Way Snap Shell: Most DIY power bank cases use heavy-duty security clips. Test your internal wiring completely before snapping the outer cover shut, as reopening the shell without scratching the plastic can be very difficult!
