This Switch has 2 positions:ONat Rest ~ & ~ MOMENTARY (ON)When the Leveris Depressed.

This switch is New Old Stock from a bulk case, with no retail packaging. The plated contact terminals are showing tarnishing. This should be cleanable with steel wool or fine sandpaper.
