ST BTA41800B is an 800V, 40A TRIAC TOP-3 Insulated Package. The BTA41800B can enable AC switching systems up to 9 kilowatts. when used with a correctly dimensioned heatsink. It is commonly used in general-purpose AC switching. The BTA41 has an insulated tab (rated as 2500V RMS).
