The 5W Wireless Charger Transmitter Module is a standalone inductive power delivery solution designed for DIY builders and product designers. The kit is separated into two primary elements connected by flexible leads: a high-efficiency power regulation PCB and an independent transmitter induction coil wound with high-quality Litz wire.
Adhering to the universal Qi wireless charging standard, this module lets you build custom hidden charging pads underneath wooden table surfaces, mount wireless docks inside 3D-printed project housings, or design sealed, waterproof electronics projects that dont rely on exposed micro-USB or Type-C ports to top up their internal batteries.

To ensure maximum power transfer and prevent damaging your components, please adhere to these design guidelines:
Mind the Gap: Wireless charging relies on close magnetic proximity. Ensure the thickness of your enclosures surface material (acrylic, wood, or 3D-printed plastic) between the coil and the phone is between 3mm and 5mm. If the barrier is thicker than 8mm, power cannot bridge the gap.
Absolute Metal Ban: Never place any metal plates, screws, foil tapes, or circuit lines between the transmitter coil and the device being charged. Metal blocks magnetic induction fields entirely and will trigger the safety shutdown.
Coil Backing Orientation: The coil comes with a round ferrite backing sheet attached to one side. The plain copper wire side must face UP toward the smartphone, while the dark gray ferrite sheet faces DOWN toward your workbench or enclosure floor to shield the underlying electronics.
