4002
is a high-speed CMOS dual 4-input NOR gate implemented in silicon-gate HC logic. Each device contains two independent NOR gates, each with four inputs, allowing compact implementation of multi-input NOR logic in digital systems. Built with CMOS technology, the device combines the switching speed associated with bipolar/LSTTL logic and the low static power consumption of CMOS, making it suitable for battery-sensitive and moderate-speed applications.
