The 4-Channel Qualcomm QC3.0 Step-Down Converter Module is an industrial-grade, multi-port power management matrix designed to step down higher input voltages (6 V to 32 V) into ultra-efficient fast-charging outputs. It features four completely independent channels, each backed by an intelligent fast-charge protocol chip.
Whether you are modifying a vehicles electrical line, extracting usable power from a 24V solar battery bank, or developing an multi-device charging hub for an engineering exhibition, this board delivers rapid, stable charging speeds across four devices simultaneously without cross-channel interference.
Quad Independent Outputs: Four separate USB ports running dedicated buck controllers can charge four devices at maximum speed at the same time.
Qualcomm QC3.0 Intelligent Negotiation: Automatically detects your devices maximum charging profile and adjusts voltage dynamically between 3V and 12V.
High-Efficiency Synchronous Rectification: Converts power at up to 97%efficiency, minimizing power loss and reducing heat buildup on the board.
Comprehensive Fast-Charge Protocols: Supports not only Qualcomm QC2.0/QC3.0, but also MediaTek PE+, Huawei FCP, Samsung AFC, and Apple charging profiles.
Wide Input Range Capability: Operates smoothly on input lines from 6V up to 32V DC, making it perfectly compatible with both 12V and 24V vehicle battery networks.
| Feature | Specification |
| Input Voltage Range | 6V to 32V DC (Input must be higher than target output voltage) |
| Output Interfaces | 4x Standard USB Type-A Ports |
| Output Voltage (Default) | 5V DC (Automatically steps up once fast-charge is triggered) |
| Output Voltage (Dynamic) | 3V to 12V DC (Based on device negotiation) |
| Output Power Per Channel | Maximum 24W Per Port (5 V 3.4 A, 9 V 2.5 A, 12 V 2 A) |
| Conversion Efficiency | 93%to 97% |
| Protections | Input Over-voltage/Under-voltage, Output Over-current, Short-circuit, and Over-temperature Protection |
| Dimensions | Approx. 90mm x 45mm x 12mm |
Input Connections (Pads Labeled IN+ / IN-): Connect your main DC power source (e.g., a 12V car battery, a 24V solar array, or a multi-cell lipo pack) to these terminals. Ensure heavy-gauge wire is used, as the board can draw significant total current when all four ports are operating at a full 24W peak load.
Step-Down Principle Reminder: This module is a Buck (Step-Down) Converter Only. To achieve 9V or 12V fast charging on your phone, your input supply voltage must be higher than the target output. For example, if your input supply drops to 9V, the ports will only be able to output up to 5V or 9V fast charging; they cannot step up to 12V.
