30CPQ100 30A Schottky Rectifier

30CPQ100 is a Schottky rectifier. Its primary purpose isto provide rectification, i.e., allow current to flow only easily along one specific direction. In this way, they are used in typical DC circuits to enable or block current or in AC circuits as part of wave shaping. It’s maximum forward current is 30A. Schottky rectifiers have been developed to have minimal reverse leakage even at high temperatures. With its proprietary barrier technology, the junction temperature of 175 C may be reliably operated. Switching power supplies, converters, free-wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection are typical Applications.
