TOSHIBA TLP114A Photo IC (5 Pin) Photocoupler DIP

This is the TLP114A Photo IC Photocoupler manufactured by Toshiba. A photocoupler or optocoupleris anelectronic componentthat is used totransmit analog or digital information (electricalsignals)between two isolated, different circuits byusing lightwhile maintaining the electrical isolation of potentials up to 3750 times RMS Voltage. TheTLP114A consists of a high output power GaAAs LED, optically coupled to a high-speed detector of one chip photodiode-transistor.
