The Kyoritsu KEW 3025A is a rugged, digital high-voltage insulation tester designed for field and laboratory use. It generates selectable DC test voltages (250 V, 500 V, 1 kV, 2.5 kV) to measure insulation resistance up to 100 G, ideal for verifying the integrity of motors, transformers, cables, and switchgear. A built-in voltage monitor lets you confirm the presence or safe discharge of stored charge on the equipment under test.

Advanced diagnostics include automatic calculation of Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) and Polarization Index (PI), assisting in moisture and contamination analysis of insulating materials. The 3025As large LCD, with 36-segment bar graph and backlight, provides clear readings even in dim environments. To protect users, it features live-circuit warning (audio/visual), auto-discharge of capacitances post-test, and meets IEC 61010-1 CAT IV 300 V/CAT III 600 V safety standards. Auto-power-off conserves battery life, while its hard-carrying case and ergonomic layout make it transport-ready.

Powered by eight C-size cells and backed by optional recorder and alligator-clip accessories, the KEW 3025A combines precision, safety, and convenience for maintenance engineers and testers of critical electrical infrastructure.
