The 75T65 (commonly found as FGH75T65, K75T65, or FHA75T65) is a high-performance, 4th-generation Field Stop Trench IGBT. Unlike traditional power MOSFETs that hit their limits around high voltages, this component is engineered specifically for high-power, high-efficiency switching. Housed in a large TO-247 package for superior thermal management, it is the standard replacement part for repairing imported solar inverters, commercial online UPS setups, and industrial arc welding machines.
The IGBT Advantage: Combines the high input impedance of a MOSFET with low conduction losses of a bipolar transistor.
Trench Field Stop Technology: Minimizes switching and conduction power losses, keeping the device highly efficient.
Rugged TO-247 Housing: Larger metal back-plate than standard TO-220, allowing for massive heat transfer during heavy load operations.
Positive Temperature Coefficient: Makes it incredibly easy to wire multiple 75T65 transistors in parallel without thermal runaway.
