SS34 (1N5822) SMD Schottky Diode

The SS34 is a surface mount High Power Schottky Diode with a 0.5V voltage drop and a 3A forward current. This diode has high efficiency and a 100A surge current capacity. It is often employed in Applications such as freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and reverse polarity protection.
