FAIRCHILD FDA28N50 is an N-Channel500V, 28A MOSFET. It is a Through-hole(THD) active component which consists of three terminals Gate, Source, and Drain. These N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistors are produced using Fairchild’s proprietary, planar stripe, DMOS technology.
